Cancellation Policy

Disclaimer & Client Agreement My goal is to provide quality readings to everyone and be respectful of everyone's time, so I ask that you respect my time, and the time of others who want to book a session. Services: When you book an appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. If you have booked a service (Reading, Reiki, ect.) and can no longer attend, please let us know by at email at moonmama_magic@yahoo.com at least 48 hours in advance with your name, email, date and time of the service (reading, Reiki, ect.) that you are canceling. There will be a fee of 35% deducted from your refund. This fee can be applied to a future reading, but must be booked manually through email within 30 days of original reading. Cancellation requests made less than 48 hours of the session date/time will not receive a refund nor a transfer. If you are more than 15min late to the call, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee of 35% will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your call for another time that is convenient for you. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services. When you register for a service ( reading, Reiki, ect.) you agree to these terms. ----------------------------------------- All services provided by Monique are for spiritual guidance and personal insight purposes only. Psychic readings, mediumship sessions, and energy healing services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice. Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate qualified professionals for such matters. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree that: You are 18 years of age or older. You understand that all decisions, actions, and outcomes in your life are your sole responsibility. You will not hold Monique liable for any decisions made or actions taken as a result of information provided during a session. No specific outcomes, predictions, or results are guaranteed. Mediumship communication is not guaranteed in any session. All services are provided in good faith. By scheduling and participating in a session, you voluntarily assume full responsibility for your choices and release Monique from any liability, loss, or damages related to the session.
