Service Description

For this reading you have the option to send 1-4 questions (example: question 1 - 2 cards ; question 2 - 3 cards) **Please specify how many cards you want per question Reading time will begin on or by the date and time selected when booking. Response will be sent as a pdf to the email address provided and will include the image of your cards and your message (approximately 1 hour after scheduled time, but may be shorter or longer due to questions and messages from spirit). *Email address must be provided to receive reading 

Cancelation Policy

My goal is to provide quality readings to everyone and be respectful of everyone's time, so I ask that you respect my time, and the time of others who want to book a session. Services: When you book an appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. If you have booked a service (Reading, Reiki, ect.) and can no longer attend, please let us know by at email at moonmama_magic@yahoo.com at least 48 hours in advance with your name, email, date and time of the service (reading, Reiki, ect.) that you are canceling. There will be a fee of 35% deducted from your refund. This fee can be applied to a future reading, but must be booked manually through email within 30 days of original reading. Cancellation requests made less than 48 hours of the session date/time will not receive a refund nor a transfer. If you are more than 15min late to the call, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee of 35% will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your call for another time that is convenient for you. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services. When you register for a service ( reading, Reiki, ect.) you agree to these terms.
